Kannaplan

Specialist in the design, construction, and certification of GACP/GMP-compliant medical cannabis facilities across Portugal and the EU. Originally the cannabis-focused arm of the Wallnut Design+Build group, combining BIM methodology, construction management, and regulatory compliance from day one.

Wallnut

Architecture, engineering, and construction studio based in Lisbon, with projects across Portugal (Greater Lisbon, Coimbra, the Algarve, Alentejo, and Porto) and in Brazil (São Paulo). Its multidisciplinary team manages the full process, from design to build, using BIM, reality capture, and immersive visualization.

Politécnico da Guarda

A public higher education institution founded in 1980, with around 3,000 students and more than 250 faculty across four schools: Technology and Management; Education, Communication and Sport; Tourism and Hospitality; and Health. As Noahlu's academic partner, it contributes applied research and scientific expertise to our innovation projects and consortia.

With a career built on project management and strategic consulting — currently also COO and Project Manager at NEXZEN — Rui Rosa brings deep knowledge across multiple industries and an international network built over two decades of professional activity. He also has a strong entrepreneurial streak: he is a partner and active shareholder in 7 companies across different fields, giving him a first-hand understanding of the real challenges entrepreneurs and innovators face.

Combining deep scientific rigor with executive leadership in global innovation, Dr. Ana Pinela has over 20 years of experience bridging academic research, corporate strategy, and startup development. She specializes in guiding tech-driven ventures through the commercialization pipeline, has orchestrated multi-million-euro innovation ecosystems, and has led large-scale, multi-partner international consortia, including competitive European funding frameworks.
